Characteristic
Due to the unique screen support structure, the screen can be easily replaced and the crushing chamber can be easily cleaned.
Since sharp cutting is performed with an original helical cutter and fixed blade, less powder and fine particles are generated, and soft material runners and hot runners can be cut cleanly.
Since the discharge of long objects is regulated by Horai's original diagonal hole screen, troubles in the post-process can be prevented.
Since the rotary blade is adjustable in advance and retreat, the outer diameter can always be ensured in the optimum state even after repeated grinding.
