| 1949 | Suzuki Seisakusho is founded as a sole proprietorship in Higashinari-ku, Osaka-shi by founder Hirofumi Suzuki |

| 1960 | Suzuki Seisakusho is reorganized into Horai Ironworks. Head office is moved to Takaidahondori, Higashiosaka-shi. |
| 1961 | Capital is increased to 6 million yen. |
| 1963 | Capital is increased to 18 million yen. Construction of second plant at head office. |
| 1965 | Construction of Tokyo Service Plant. |
| 1967 | Nagoya Sales Office is opened. |
