Characteristic

Since it is a continuous shearing type that uses the entire circumference edge of the rotary blade, the effective shearing area per rotation is large, and because it is a highly efficient full-pass type, it has a large processing capacity, and fibers, soft plastics, rubbers, etc. -Can also crush ductile materials such as metals.
Since the input diameter is large and the torque is large, it can be used for mass injection and can be started after the input is completed. It is easy to use because it can be turned on and off arbitrarily by signals from the previous and next processes.
It has a built-in self-recovery function that returns to normal rotation after automatic reversal when overloaded.
Since the continuous shearing type by low-speed rotation does not put an excessive load on the claw blade, vibration and noise are small, dust is hardly generated, and the blade is less worn and the probability of damage is low.
