Characteristic

The fluff of a film with good fluidity has a glossy surface and glitters. The FG type crusher produces a clean crushing fluff with a large apparent specific gravity.
Due to its low friction structure, the temperature rise of the machine is small and the heat of crushing the film is small, making it ideal for crushing low melting point grade films.
A helical cutter is used for the rotary blade to achieve lower noise than conventional machines.
The blade can be replaced and adjusted, the inside can be cleaned, and the screen can be replaced only in the central crushing chamber zone without removing the upper input supply side and the lower discharge side.
